RQA, Inc. partners with food manufacturers to audit product quality at the retail level. We have an opportunity in the San Francisco area for a dietitian or nutritionist to perform project work on an as needed basis.

The current project involves visiting a coffee shop to purchase and evaluate the freshness of specified products. Audits are conducted on an as needed basis. This project involves visiting 4 locations over a 4 week period for a total of approximately 8-10 hours.

Hourly rate is $25 and includes administrative and travel time in addition to the time required to complete the project. Schedule is flexible. Cash advance for product purchase is sent prior to the start of the project.
