Night Auditor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This is a vital role that requires excellent guest service skills and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform front desk duties, including check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Conduct night audit procedures to ensure accuracy of hotel transactions
- Prepare daily reports and distribute them to appropriate departments
- Monitor security cameras and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
- Assist with any guest requests or issues that may arise during the night shift
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless operations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in guest services or a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and hotel software is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
