**Seasonal Maintenance Person (April - October)**

Top of the World Golf Resort is currently hiring for a Maintenance Person to help manage the general maintenance of the Golf Resort and Townhome community. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who enjoys being hands-on and helping customers. Does this sound like you Join us

**Responsibilities**

**The responsibilities of the Maintenance Person are as follows**:
Cutting Grass, Driving Equipment, Lawn Care, and other Task as instructed.

**The experience requirements are as follows**:1 year from date of hire or equivalent experience, (preferred)
HVAC certification preferred
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Must be able to assist with repairs in specific areas of the Golf Resort and community, as needed. **Ability to successfully manage a team of maintenance employees.**:

- Must be able to handle conflict and maintain a positive attitude. **Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations and safety guidelines.**:

- Must be able to read, write and understand English; know how to use basic tools and how to follow instructions on work orders. **Ability to follow job specifications and technical instructions in completing maintenance tasks.**

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)

Work Location: In person
