Support **our team with planning, coordinating, and estimating construction projects
- ** Collaborate** with clients and salespeople to gather the information needed for estimating projects
- ** Visit** job sites within a 2-hour radius to take measurements, analyze construction drawings, and verify the specs & requirements to produce accurate project estimates
- ** Work **with Townships & Municipalities to get construction permits
- ** Help **customers select design options
- ** Communicate **project details to the construction teams
- ** Keep **detailed notes of each project in our CRM system & project management software
- ** Monitor **each project's progress to meet the customer's expectations

We seek an Estimator Project Coordinator who will be pivotal in planning, coordinating, and estimating our construction projects. If you have previous estimating experience in the construction industry and can read & interpret blueprints and construction drawings, please consider joining our team.

**Our Ideal Estimator Project Coordinator**:

- ** Experienced**:Must have** **3+ years of construction estimating experience and the ability to read blueprints and construction drawings. 1+ years of project management or coordination experience is preferred. A certified professional estimator is a plus.
- ** Analytical**:The ability to collect information, review plans, and assess the cost of a construction project.
- ** Self-motivated**: Someone who is independent and has the initiative to assess the work and drive it to completion with mínimal supervision.
- ** Customer Service-minded**: Ready to serve our customers reasonably, graciously, and friendly. Able to build rapport and answer questions so they become loyal fans of our business.
- ** Attention to Detail**: Keeps everyone involved in each project informed during every process step. Multiple projects will happen simultaneously; you will develop methods to handle all the essential details without losing track.
- ** Active**: Ability to walk uneven terrain/construction sites.
