Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Underwriting Team to assist in facilitating the loan file to Docs.
- Gather and process all loan documentation and ensure compliance with policy, regulatory, and loan terms
- Review each loan file to verify that documents are present, accurate, and complete before underwriting
- Verify borrower information, including employment, income, and credit history
- Manage loan process through the company's LOS system
- Communicate with borrowers, real estate agents, and lenders to provide updates on
- Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions

**Skills**:

- Proficient in 10-key typing for data entry and calculations
- Strong math skills, including basic math calculations and financial calculations
- Knowledge of loan origination processes and FNMA guidelines
- Familiarity with escrow procedures and contract requirements
