Corporate Trainer

Axis Global Logistics, a 3PL Logistics firm that delivers fully customized single-source supply chain solutions, providing clients across a variety of industries with a single point of contact through which they can access the highest quality, cost-effective, seamlessly integrated logistics support in the industry is seeking a Corporate Trainer.

The Corporate Trainer is responsible for providing comprehensive training at the start of employment and as needed throughout employment. The duties include working closely with company executives and department heads to determine areas for employee improvement, developing training courses for new and existing employees and establishing methods to track employee performance after the completion of training.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop programs for the employee of the organization for orientation and in-job training
- Analyze the effectiveness of training and workshops to the employees and develop appropriate modification if needed
- Collaborate with the company’s management to identify training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions for employees
- Develop systems to monitor and ensure employees are performing their responsibilities according to the training
- Ensure the compliance of the company’s employees to cooperate with standards and procedures during training sessions
- Provide support for new employees while conducting an evaluation and identifying sections where improvements are needed

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years related experience in the Logistics Industry
- WMS and TMS System knowledge required
- Team player with a willingness to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Drive towards results, customer oriented, and forward thinking
- Collaborate well with internal stakeholders and supportive of change
- Strong Communication and presentation skills
