**Objective**

Our P&C department is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our team to support business development for our Commercial Lines department.

As our front-line producers writing new business, you are fully supported by our Account Managers, Producer Assistants, and Customer Service Assistants. Since 80% of our clients are through referrals, only mínimal cold calling is required for this role.

**Responsibilities**
- Presenting our services and solutions to prospective clients.
- Bringing new business prospects to closure.
- Developing accounts and cross selling available products and services.
- Identify carrier risk appetites, carrier information, target classes, and underwriting guidelines.
- Maintain proper documentation for existing and prospective clients.
- Attend training sessions, courses to maintain up-to-date skills.

**Qualifications**
- Active license in Property & Casualty Insurance
- Bilingual in Chinese and English.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Lines Insurance.
- Experience in selling to a specific industry is a plus.
- Good listening skills and the ability to determine clients’ needs efficiently.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to effectively prioritize workflow.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a positive learning attitude with a growth mindset.
