SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for a Team Lead for a large distribution center located in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The Team Lead will assist the supervisor in the daily operations of the warehouse including receiving incoming shipments, sorting & transferring materials, and preparing shipments for outbound delivery.

SURESTAFF is invested in their team members All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($20) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).

Available shifts include Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm

**Responsibilities of the Team Lead**:

- Monitor and assign daily work to all subordinates
- Oversee daily operations and end of shift reports
- Follow up on issues as needed
- Work with local team to identify areas of improvement and report daily efficiency
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Be flexible with shift hours as needed in 4th QTR
- Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
- Follow and maintain 7s Program and guidelines
- Performs other related duties as assigned

**Preferred Qualifications of the Team Lead**:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- SAP and /or WMS environment preferred
- Computer literacy applied
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player: reliable, dependable, responsible, and able to fulfill obligations - Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Analytical skills
