**_ SUMMARY OF POSITION_**

**_
TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS_**
- Supervises and leads a crew of 5 to 10 individuals
- Successfully completes daily time sheets and logs
- Coordinates and manages subcontractors
- Coordinates and schedules manpower, tools, materials and equipment needed to complete the project
- Successfully reads blueprints, project plans and specifications
- Effectively communicates with others

**_ REQUIREMENTS_**
- Field leadership knowledge and experience is preferred
- Underground utility installation, excavation regulations and pipeline safety knowledge and experience is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work in outdoor environments, including prolonged walking or standing on various terrain in a wide range of weather conditions
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and meet necessary deadlines
- Must have experience with Microsoft products such as word, excel and outlook
- Must follow all company rules, regulations, policies, guidelines, etc.
