**SUMMARY**
- and off-premise accounts and at special events, as a support to the Sales Team. Sampling events at on-premise locations (bars, restaurants) will require approaching patrons to sample and promote the featured brand(s). Sampling events at off-premise locations (beer and grocery stores) will require providing samples and suggestive selling to consumers from a designated location within the retail establishment.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Greet and interact with guests and account staff in a professional and friendly manner
- Assess guests’ needs and preferences, make recommendations, and suggestively sell
- Check guest identification to verify they are of legal drinking age
- Follow SMART guidelines for responsible serving
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations and retailer specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized station
- Restock and replenish inventory and supplies

**KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES REQUIRED**:

- Outgoing and friendly personality, ability to quickly build rapport with customers
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly - must be able to retain tasting notes and converse about the various beers we brew
- Comfortable working independently
- Ability to lift and move 30lbs unassisted and stand for prolonged periods
- Will be required to obtain liquor license, SMART training & Beer Server Certification
- Evening and Weekend work required
- Must be 21 years of age or older serve alcohol
- Valid government issued drivers license
- Must possess a reliable cell phone and vehicle
- Must be able to update availability to our shared calendar on a bi-weekly basis
- Craft beer enthusiast or prior industry knowledge/experience a plus
