**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
Park Street Imports has an in-house reporting team that is responsible for the accurate reporting of monthly sales transactions through the company’s state licenses held with the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco.

With the support of several teams, the Reporting Manager will be responsible for the entire state reporting process, including the monthly electronic data submission through the state’s online system as well as managing periodic state audits with the Division.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support monthly reporting in Florida by providing quality assurance and SOP maintenance as needed. The reporting is done across a handful of licenses to detail the sales and transactions that have been done under each.
- Manage State Audits and respond to related state inquiries with necessary documentation
- Lead standard certified inventory audits with the state to ensure that our inventory numbers remain accurate and complete the necessary supporting documentation.
- Manage all tax payments and assessments relating to Florida licenses.

**Education and/or Work Experience Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Ability to partner cross-functionally
- Strong Excel skills required.
- Proven ability to think critically and respond professionally
- 5+ years experience in a compliance, accounting, operations, supply chain, or related role is required.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Must be able to sit for extended hours within the day
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
