**Position Summary**

This is an entry level position that will be responsible for monitoring all disclosures are prepared to meet required time frames and to ensure all required documentation is in the loan file to support change of circumstances and redisclosure requests are completed within appropriate timeframes. The primary focuses are accuracy, speed, accountability, adaptability, and genuine good customer service.

**Principle Duties and Accountabilities**
- Prepares all change of circumstance notifications for the loan estimates sent out to the borrowers, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate. Following up on any discrepancies or cure for the mortgage loans
- Ensures that all loans meet guidelines for quality and regulatory compliance, and investor closing standards are met
- Maintains communication with other departments to promote positive business relations and relay loan status
- Establishes and maintains a thorough knowledge of all products and investor requirements to ensure quality closing packages and stability into the market
- Inputs information into computer and prepares loan estimate disclosure and other required documentation
- Maintains knowledge of all mortgage and compliance policies and procedures
- Completes all required paperwork and forms in an accurate and timely manner; prepares all required reports
- Responsible for canceling loan files as requested, ensuring file documentation is adequate
- Assists with Quality Control audits as needed

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Must be able to work in our Corporate office in Spring, TX
- Entry level position
- Proficient with standard software such as Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Effective verbal, and written communication skills
- Maintain proper and professional etiquette and appearance.
- Exemplary customer service skills
- Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly in fast-paced high work volume
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and producers
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees
- Flexibility to help assist with new task and office change
- Capacity to prioritize tasks
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi
- task and prioritize work
- Knowledge of real estate documentation, policies, compliance, and procedures
- Analyze statistical and financial data
- College Degree preferred
