Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Assist with cleaning and organizing the breakfast area
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Provide exceptional guest relations by going above and beyond to exceed expectations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others
