Seeking a professional Supervisor with (at minimum 2 years) full time security supervisor experience and a strong ability to lead. **This is not an entry level supervisor position, please read all expectations and qualifications below.**

PREFERRED CANDIDATE HAS OPEN AVAILABILITY

MUST BE AVAILABLE: MONDAY- SATURDAY 6AM-7PM (VARYING START/END TIME)

**AS A SUPERVISOR- YOU MUST BE WILLING TO WORK MANDATORY ASSIGNED OVERTIME**

WE CONDUCT EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATIONS

MUST BE ABLE TO WALK FOR 8-10 HOURS A DAY IN ANY WEATHER CONDITION

MUST HAVE 2 YEARS OF FULL TIME SUPERVISOR EXPERIENCE

MUST HAVE 2 YEARS OF FULL TIME SECURITY EXPERIENCE

**Security Team Supervision**:
Supervise and lead a team of security guards assigned.
Assign duties, establish work schedules, and provide guidance to security personnel.
Conduct regular evaluations and training.

**Security Planning and Coordination**:
Develop and implement security plans, protocols, and procedures specific to the property's needs.
Collaborate with client/clients' personnel and our company's management to ensure security measures align with the site's objectives.

**Security Protocols and Compliance**:
Ensure that all security personnel adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and relevant laws.
Conduct regular reviews to verify compliance with security standards.

**Incident Management**:
Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms promptly and effectively.
Coordinate with law enforcement when necessary and maintain incident reports.

**Client Liaison**:
Build and maintain positive relationships with client's personnel, all departments on site, tenants and patrons, etc.
Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

**Training and Development**:
Organize and facilitate training programs for security personnel, focusing on security best practices and emergency response.
Ensure that security staff is up-to-date with required certifications and training.

**Documentation and Reporting**:
Maintain detailed records of security incidents, activities, and personnel.
Generate regular security reports and communicate findings to company management.

**Additional Information**:

- This position may require flexibility in working hours to accommodate special requests from client, events, schedule conflicts and security needs.
- The Supervisor will report directly to the Operations Manager of our private security company.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in security management or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant security certifications, such as Certified Security Supervisor (CSS) or similar credentials.
- Proven experience in security management, with a track record of effective team leadership.
- Knowledge of local and state security regulations and laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
