- Working recall/inactive call list to make sure we maintain a great patient base while continuing to expand and grow with new patients.
- Follow-up care calls to patients the day after any major treatment has been completed to assess how they are feeling post
- procedure.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Dentrix.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with computerized systems for order entry
- Knowledge of medical receptionist procedures
- Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette practices

Pay: $18.82 - $19.48 per hour
