***: The National Conference Center is looking for a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor who will be the lead team member on the team; he or she will be required to oversee all make ready & repair duties as needed as part of the preventative maintenance procedures.

**ESSENTIAL TASKS**:

- Supervises housekeeping staff as duties are being performed.
- Supervises the duties and tasks of laundry staff.
- Stocks and maintains supply rooms.
- Receives, processes, and handles guest complaints regarding housekeeping services.
- Ensures that rooms are kept clean and free from hazards.
- Ensures that all common areas are kept clean and free from hazards.
- Organizes all staff during the day and hosts daily meetings with housekeeping staff.
- Provides training to new housekeeping staff.
- Assists guests with questions and basic requests.
- Responsible for room inspections.
- Always provides a high level of customer service; remains professional.
