Ayudar a los huéspedes y visitantes a entrar y salir de los vehículos, incluyendo cargar y descargar el equipaje. Ofrecer a los huéspedes instrucciones para llegar a sus destinos. Tramitar el transporte (es decir, taxi, servicio de minibús) para huéspedes/visitantes, y anotar las solicitudes de transporte por adelantado según sea necesario. Comunicar los procedimientos de estacionamiento a los huéspedes/visitantes.
