**POSITION** **SUMMARY**

Hiring a fun and dynamic person for a front desk receptionist who enjoys helping and greeting residents and visitors. Responsible for welcoming visitors with a smiling face to the community, answering incoming phone calls, and providing clerical support. Must be familiar with policies and procedures to answer questions and direct any inquires to the appropriate department. Support sales and marketing by arranging tours, getting lead information, and assisting with marketing efforts.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES**

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
