**We are seeking a qualified Remodel Apprentice with a minimum of 1 year of construction experience and has a desire to develop a career in remodeling. Must have a positive attitude, be teachable and have a strong work ethic.**

**Sons & Fathers Remodeling LLC **is a locally owned and operated company, with over 20 years’ experience delivering professional results in residential remodeling in the East Valley. We are a recovery friendly business that supports those who choose to become overcomers.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
The Remodel Apprentice must be self-starting, responsible, maintain a good attitude and be able to follow direction. In addition, you must be dependable, motivated, take ownership in the quality of your work and be teachable in the trades to further develop skill sets.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare each day with the appropriate tools and materials to complete scheduled tasks
- Follow direction and perform various task assigned tasks
- Comfortable with working alongside other crew members in a collaborative environment.
- Comfortable with moving between multiple projects to complete daily tasks
- Communicate with Owner and Lead on regular basis

**Requirements/Qualifications**
- Minimum of 1 year remodeling experience
- Preferred experience in the following trades: Carpentry, Drywall
- Minor Painting, Electrical, and Plumbing experience is a plus
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
- Must have reliable transportation
- Own tools to perform tasks, but not required.
- Must be able to lift, push & pull a minimum of 50 pounds
- Must maintain professional appearance
- Must be able to pass background check and drug test
- Maintain sobriety

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
