**What You'll Do: Your Impactful Responsibilities**
- Implement personalized patient care plans with unwavering attention.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions with empathy and precision.
- Shine as the primary coordinator, orchestrating well-coordinated, holistic patient care.
- Transform physician and nursing orders into proactive care steps.
- Assess and collaborate with the healthcare team on patient discharge planning, ensuring a seamless transition.

**Your Skills: Guided by Compassion, Grounded in Expertise**

Assessment is more than data collection; it's understanding the patient's journey. Your expertise extends beyond physiological data, encompassing psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle aspects.
- Initial, Re-assessment, and Focused assessment champion.
- Master of Problem Identification, foreseeing patient needs with empathy.
- Planning and Outcomes virtuoso, involving patients and families for achievable goals.
- Implementation extraordinaire, ensuring continuity, safety, and holistic care.
- Evaluation and Care Coordination maestro, adapting care plans for optimal outcomes.

**Your Qualifications: Your Path to Impactful Care**

To flourish in this role and deliver compassionate excellence, you'll need:

- A Valid Arizona Nursing License or eligibility for Arizona Licensure within 30 days.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification - Powered by the American Heart Association.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification - Again, from the Heart Association.
- If you bring Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), even better

**Education & Experience: Where You've Been**

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing - Your foundation for caring.

Continuing education zeal, aligned with our CARE program.

A Bachelor of Science in Nursing - Your passion for learning in action.

Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in Endoscopy - Your expertise in motion.
