Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Perform hair consultations to determine clients' needs and preferences
- Provide hair cutting, coloring, and styling services based on clients' requests
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair styling
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization standards in the work area
- Upsell salon products and services to clients
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele through excellent customer service
- Mentor junior stylists and assist with their professional development

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with expertise in cutting, coloring, and styling hair
- Proficiency in using salon tools such as scissors, blow dryer, curling iron, etc.
- Knowledge of selling retail is a plus
- Familiarity with salon software, preferably SalonBIZ
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From $1,500.00 per week
