**General** Statement of Duties**:
Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees. Maintain accurate HR and payroll data via Ceridian Dayforce, the Bank’s HRIS.

**Major** **Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, process, review, and commit bi-weekly payroll for 500 plus employees.
- Reconcile bi-weekly manual payroll and 401(k) schedules.
- Prepare payroll and benefit plans transfer wire instructions.
- Review weekly timecards in Ceridian Dayforce Time & Attendance system.
- Assist in maintaining data integrity for Ceridian Dayforce, reviewing all HRIS inputs for accuracy.
- Respond to day-to-day payroll, time and attendance questions, site access issues, etc.
- Work closely with HR department to assist with all payroll matters and various projects as needed.
- Prepare various monthly listings and reports for various departments.
- Prepare various reporting/analysis for part time employees, i.e. holiday pay.
- Prepare quarterly multiple worksite reports.
- Assist in quarterly and year-end reconciliations.
- Complete employment/income verifications.
- Prepare and maintain consecutive vacation analysis for the Bank’s Sensitive Positions.
- Support Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and the Company’s policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Assist with providing payroll supports for all internal and external audits.
- Create ad hoc reports as needed.
- Perform additional accountabilities as required.

**Non-Essential Responsibilities**:
Perform other related functions as required by management.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Associates Degree preferred, in Business Administration/Finance, Accounting or related field.
- Prior experience with Ceridian Dayforce system or similar automated payroll system required.
- Minimum of five plus years of related payroll processing experience.
- Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge which includes VLOOKUP and pivot tables.

- Ability to work well with deadlines.
- Ability to proactively identify payroll issues and suggest solutions.
- Ability to use judgement to resolve payroll issues.
- Accountable for the completion of assigned deliverables.

Pay Range: $68,000 - $75,000

Hours: 37.50

This is a non-exempt position, eligible for overtime if hours worked are over 40 hours.

The actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience and other factors permitted by law.
