Lash Technician

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Independent Eyelash Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in the beauty industry and help clients enhance their natural beauty.

**Responsibilities**:

- Consult with clients to determine their desired lash style and length
- Provide recommendations on lash styles that best suit clients' eye shape and facial features
- Ensure a clean and sanitized work environment at all times
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of different lash extension techniques and stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Educate clients on proper aftercare for their lash extensions
- Manage client appointments using salon software (e.g., MINDBODY)
- Collaborate with other salon professionals to provide exceptional customer service

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of different eyelash extension techniques and styles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients
- Proficient in social media management for promoting services and showcasing work

Pay: $23.75 - $28.27 per hour
