**Requirements**:

- Must be willing to listen and ask questions.
- Pay attention to the little things.
- Remain calm and steady under pressure.
- Have an upbeat demeanor while answering phone calls.
- Good at switching gears.
- Strong team player.
- Basic math skills (count, add, subtract, multiply).
- Basic computer skills.
- Physical ability to stand, sit, bend, twist, kneel, climb and lift up to 80 lbs.
- Availability to work two Saturdays/month
