Environment**: Hybrid**

**Work Schedule**:
This position is full-time and hybrid Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

**Purpose of Your Work**:
**How You Make a Difference Everyday**:

- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
- Assist in the organization and promotion of events, webinars, and trade shows, including logístical coordination and attendee communication
- Oversee onsite (Chicago-based) requests and projects - including but not limited to swag store management, customer visit planning & signage, printing, and ordering
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and coordinating with vendors and partners
- Manage ad hoc requests for marketing support from the HR team
- Work with external vendors and agencies for marketing collateral production, including print materials, promotional items, and digital assets
- Maintain company intranet, identifying areas of optimization and most effective usage
- Support project management with Wrike software for marketing campaigns and projects

- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
