Grocery Associate

We are an All-natural small grocery store. We are looking for people who know a thing or two about organic products so if/when a costumer asks about a certain product in our store, you are able to answer with the correct information/facts about said product/ingredient.

**Responsibilities**:

- Stocking shelves and organizing products in the grocery department
- Ensuring that all products are properly labeled and priced
- Assisting customers with locating items and providing excellent customer service
- Keeping the store clean and organized, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Communicating effectively with team members and managers to maintain a smooth workflow

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working or dealing with all natural/organic products
- Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer service role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing grocery department
- Excellent communication skills to assist customers and work effectively with team members
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate pricing, labeling, and inventory management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

Shift:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Weekly day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
