As a Banquet Chef, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high culinary standards and exceptional dining experiences. Work hand-in-hand with our Executive Chef on food cost and inventory.

- Cleanliness of Kitchen
- Food Safety
- Hits Safety & Production Goals

**Expectations**:

- Good communication and attention to detail
- Presents a positive image of the Club
- Team player with positive attitude
- Ability to adapt effectively to changing situations, especially during events and peak seasons.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Culinary degree or equivalent work experience in a high-end culinary establishment.
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef, Banquet Chef, or similar role
- Proficiency in utilizing computer software for recipe management, inventory tracking, and menu planning.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
