**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Prior dental office experience is required*

**Front Office Duties**:

- Welcome patients as they arrive and ensure their comfort while they wait.
- Manage patient scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Handle patient inquiries, both on the phone and in-person.
- Maintain and manage patient records in compliance with privacy and security regulations.
- Manage billing and payment processes.

**Back Office Duties**:

- Assist dental professionals in preparing for procedures.
- Clean and sterilize dental instruments.
- Prepare and set up treatment rooms.
- Assist in patient management during dental procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including sanitation and sterilization.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of dental office procedures and terminology
- Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment
- Familiarity with Dental administrative support tasks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with Mac Practice or similar electronic health record systems is a plus

Joining our team as a Dental Receptionist offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, providing essential support to both patients and staff.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
