Job Title: Registered Nurse Med-surg Adult

Job Summary:
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Assess patients' health status and develop individualized care plans

2. Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians

3. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormal findings

4. Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care for patients

5. Educate patients and their families on disease management and preventative care measures

6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

7. Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers

8. Follow all hospital policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and confidentiality

Qualifications and Skills:

- Current RN license in the state of practice
- BLS and ACLS certification
- 2+ years of experience in Med-surg Adult nursing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Knowledge of electronic medical record systems
- BSN preferred, but not required
