MUST HAVE LEASING AGENT EXPERIENCE

As a Leasing Agent, you'll be at the heart of our resident and prospect interactions, ensuring exceptional service and aiding in the leasing process. This multifaceted role involves:
**Resident and Prospect Service**:Greet visitors, answer calls, and provide outstanding customer service at our bustling front leasing office.
Engage with prospects, address inquiries, and match their needs to available apartments.

**Leasing and Sales Support**:Gather information from prospects to understand their preferences and match them to suitable apartments.
Schedule and conduct property tours, guiding prospects through our available units.

**Organization and Administrative Tasks**:Maintain digital and physical office organization to streamline operations.
Assist with administrative tasks, ensuring the team is well-prepared for efficient business operations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging with prospects and residents.
- Strong organizational abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in office software and a knack for digital and physical organization.

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
