Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage daily construction activities on-site
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Implement quality control measures to meet project specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts
- Enforce OSHA safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in construction management and supervision
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Excellent supervisory skills to lead construction teams efficiently
