At XSolutions, we provide essential IT support services to New York and New Jersey businesses, ensuring their operations run smoothly. As part of our expansion, we are in search of a part-time Mailroom Clerk to assist in managing our daily mail and package operations. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, efficient, and ready to keep our mailroom operations streamlined.
**Responsibilities**
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages to the appropriate departments.
- Preparing outgoing mail and shipments, including packing, addressing, and coordinating with courier services.
- Maintaining records of incoming and outgoing mail.
- Ensuring the mail station is organized, clean, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assisting in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
**Skills**
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under mínimal supervision.
- Basic computer skills including Excel and Word
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move packages.
**Job Type**: Part-time, 10-15 hours per week
**Salary**: $15/hour
Experience level:
- Entry level, no prior experience required.
Weekly day range:
- Flexible hours between Monday and Friday, specific shifts to be determined.
