Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and knowledgeable Math Tutors to join our team. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing academic support and guidance to students in mathematics. This is a paid position that offers flexible hours.

**Duties**:

- Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions with students
- Assess students' learning needs and develop personalized lesson plans
- Help students improve their study skills and develop effective learning strategies
- Provide guidance on homework assignments and projects
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
- Plus to have: Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students with special education needs
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Patience and empathy when working with students of varying skill levels
- Strong organizational skills to effectively plan lessons and track student progress

We offer competitive pay rates for our tutors. This is a contract position with flexible scheduling options.

Pay: $60.00 - $90.00 per hour
