**Overview**:
Join our team at Property Services Plus based in Poway CA. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality services efficiently and professionally. As a General Contractor, with us you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various projects to ensure successful completion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise all aspects of the office from start to finish.
- Lead and coordinate a team of skilled workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with HR, building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines to meet client expectations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and resources needed for projects.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and clients.
- Strong leadership abilities for team management and supervision.
- Knowledge of most construction processes, materials, terminologies and techniques.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet invoicing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with QuickBooks financial management software is a must.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
