Night Auditor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional guest service during the overnight shift. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in hotel management and a passion for hospitality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily hotel revenue and expenses
- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts by reviewing charges and credits
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Assist with guest requests, including wake-up calls and room service orders
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations during the night shift

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hotel front desk or night audit preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and phone systems
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and hospitality industry standards
- Proficient in using computer systems, including hotel management software

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
