The **Orchestrate Experience Specialist** is a skilled and visionary professional focused on understanding and analyzing the Business & Marketing strategy tactics and requirements and converting those defined experiences into a workflow aka journey.

As an Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing thought leadership and driving innovation in the rapidly evolving digital landscape. Your role will focus on developing logical and innovative ways to design experience in a platform used for building workflows for marketing purposes creating exceptional omni-channel experiences for EVERSANA clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, media, sales, strategy, sales, patient services, and technology, to ensure seamless integration of marketing, technology, and data strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing technologies, data-driven experience, and the healthcare marketing industry, as well as strong communication and analytical skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Tactical responsibility**: Responsible to create journey/ workflows based on requirements delivered by CX teams for a given campaign. Translate business logic and media plan into a step-by-step experience including management of governance rules, exceptions, and triggers as part of developing end to end journeys. translate business requirements from stakeholders into ORCHESTRATE solutions. This can include but is not limited to CX, Deployment Services, Patient Services, Media, and other internal groups.
- ** Strategy Development**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Strategy CX, marketing, design, data analytics, and development, to define and execute solutions that align with the EVERSANA objectives and client goals. Develop comprehensive strategies that leverage digital tools, platforms, and technologies to advance commercial marketing capabilities and drive measurable results. Ensure the experiences created translates into data that is visualized to create actionable and timely insights.
- ** Healthcare and Life Science Expertise**: Deeply understand the nuances of the healthcare and life science industry, including regulatory compliance, data privacy, and security considerations.
- ** Client Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with internal clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and target audiences. Translate requirements into innovative technology solutions and strategies. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations leveraging technology to achieve their destination and campaign goals.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing technologies, trends, and platforms. (e.g., Salesforce, Market, Adobe, ESPs etc.)
- Understanding of the healthcare and life science industry, including compliance requirements and privacy regulations.
- Familiarity with omni-channel marketing and creating seamless customer experiences across multiple touchpoints.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter, who is willing to take initiative and contribute to overall experience building process for marketing campaigns. Good to have
- Data analysis &, SQL query skillset.
