Payroll Administrator

**Job Summary**:
**_ We are offering a hybrid on-site role with a schedule that includes 3-4 days in the office during payroll weeks and 2-3 days in the office for non-payroll weeks. The salary range for this position is $62,500-$67,500._**

**Responsibilities**:

- Process and verify payroll data, manage full payroll cycles, and maintain accurate payroll files.
- Register for payroll taxes, reconcile past due taxes, and manage new tax jurisdictions.
- Track and coordinate past due tax payments with the accounting department.
- Ensure timely submission and distribution of payroll and payment reports.
- Assist employees and supervisors with payroll system training and resolving payroll issues.
- Research and correct payroll discrepancies and ensure accurate setup of new hires.

**Education and Experience**:

- ** Required**: High School diploma or GED with one year of accounting training, plus two years of accounting and/or payroll experience.
- ** Preferred**: Associate’s degree in accounting, with two years of payroll experience using Paychex software.
