**Davis Chevrolet** located in **Houston, TX** is looking for a **Business Development Center Representative (BDC)** to join our successful team. We are looking for individuals with **BDC or Equivalent Call Center Experience** and the drive to succeed.

**Business Development Center Representatives (BDC) Responsibilities**:
- Address incoming sales calls
- Keep up-to-date notes in the CRM
- Address customer concerns
- Understand and maintain product knowledge
- Assist customers with the purchase of a new vehicle
- Complete daily work activities
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction
- Other duties assigned
**Business Development Center Representatives (BDC) Requirements**:
- ** Previous call center experience is strongly encouraged**:
- **Bilingual a plus**
- Professional appearance
- Extent communication skills
- Team oriented
- Basic computer skills
- Team Velocity experience preferred
**Business Development Center Representatives (BDC) Compensation**:
This is a full time position and we offer competitive compensation.
**Salary**: $26,960.00 - $55,450.00 per year

**Education**:
- High school or equivalent (required)
