You will serve as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, providing guidance and support throughout the marketing and purchasing process. **Responsibilities**:

- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property, ensuring the right price under the best terms
- Evaluate clients' desires and economic capabilities to make appropriate suggestions
- Mediate dealings between sellers and buyers, fostering a beneficial understanding
- Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability
- Generate and manage lists of properties for sale

**Requirements**:

- Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
- Proven track record of sales and customer service
- Ability to work autonomously, while effectively selling and communicating
- Great listening skills and a friendly demeanor
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Must be 18 or older
