Receptionist/secretary

Entry Level Position/ Secretary
- Preference one year of experience

This is a full-time position in a very busy Immigration Law Office located in Westbury.

**Responsibilities**:

- Must be able to handle numerous phone lines and be organized.
- Send letters to the clients,
- Greet and welcome guest as soon as they arrived at the office
- Filing and opening new files.
- Received, sort and distribute daily mail
- Schedule appointments

**Skills**
- Ability to work with little supervision and to prioritize multiple task in an efficient and detail oriented manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with others
- Costumer Services Attitude
- Excellent organizational Skills
- Must be fluent in English / Spanish
- Speak, read and write

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- secretary / receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Westbury, NY: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
