**Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience in prepress operations within the printing industry, with a deep understanding of file preparation, color management, and printing techniques.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, as well as prepress and workflow management systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Some knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to write clean, efficient code and troubleshoot technical issues.
