**Duties**:
- Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and data entry
- Develop and implement office procedures and systems to optimize workflow
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
- Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth operations
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Provide support to team members in various administrative tasks as required
**Skills**:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software
- Experience in office management or related administrative roles
- Experience with Quickbooks, Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of bookkeeping, human resources and customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage a team effectively
- Experience in vendor management
