We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the administrative team as a Concierge. You will make a difference by courteously assisting residents and guests at the front desk. This includes providing information about local attractions, conducting community tours and relaying messages to the appropriate department.

**Requirements**:
**Responsibilities of this position would include but not be limited to**:

- **Serves as the frontline ambassador** to all residents and guests providing the highest level of customer service, especially as it relates to new residents
- **Receives initial customer and resident concerns **and directs them to the appropriate department for follow-up
- **Maintains a strong knowledge of the local community** and provides residents and guests with information regarding festivals, events, attractions, restaurants, tours and transportation schedules in the surrounding area
- **Coordinates resident parking** and valet needs, and assists with loading/unloaded as needed
- **Conducts tours** and ensure that model rooms are ready and available for viewing
- **Ensures that front desk **and other common areas are clean and stocked

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but it is not required.
