Janitorial/custodial Worker

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants.

**Duties**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
- Follow established safety procedures and guidelines while performing duties
- Adhere to company policies and regulations regarding cleanliness and hygiene standards

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care procedures
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, and carpet cleaners
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects if required
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and building occupants

Pay: $300.00 per week

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
