We are seeking a Part Time Case Manager for our evening IOP program in Pasadena, CA Seeking coverage 3 days a week, 5pm-9pm.

Just steps away from Historic Route 66, Clearview Outpatient - Pasadena is easily accessible from the 210, 134, and 110 freeways and is near metropolitan Los Angeles, Burbank, Glendale, and all of the San Gabriel Valley. Clearview Outpatient - Pasadena utilizes a combination of dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and experiential therapies to meet the individual needs of each client we treat. Our facility specializes in treating adults, 18 years and older, who struggle with various mental illnesses, including but not limited to, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, personality disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

**Position Summary**

The behavioral health Case Manager is a core member of the collaborative care team that includes therapists, psychiatrists, and ancillary support staff. The overall responsibility of the Case Manager is to support client care.

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Exemplifies our 5 Star Service to clients, team members, referents, and families.
- Supports the needs of clients throughout the treatment process, to include administrative support.
- Supports the admissions process, to include client orientation.
- Support business office functions related to payment collections and records maintenance.
- Greets clients at the beginning of the program day, ensuring clients are signed in and attendance tracked accurately.
- Provides a high level of customer service to clients and clinical partners throughout the treatment process.
- Follows up with clients who are not in scheduled attendance.
- Coordinates communication with clinical partners in facilitation of admissions process and ongoing client care.
- Supports clinical team with group/schedule coordination, discharge planning, and records maintenance.
- Supports client communication and feedback initiatives, to include satisfaction surveys.
- Supports and participates in interdisciplinary meetings.

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing treatment and results data and trends.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of two years of administrative experience in a behavioral health setting such as a hospital, outpatient clinic, or related service provider required.
- Experience working with physicians and therapists is desirable. Must have knowledge of behavioral health terminology.
- Knowledge and experience with maintaining and securing medical records including HIPAA, Quality Assurance reviews and ROI consents.
- Strong customer service orientation required and experience successfully resolving client and/or family questions or concerns.
- Experience maintaining accurate reports related to census, time and attendance, etc.
- Performs duties independently, responsibly and with a high level of integrity.

**Education**:

- Must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

**Compensation Range**

$22-25/hr. (depending on level and location)
