**Forklift Driver**

Custom Aluminum Products, a 64 year old aluminum extrusion company with locations in South Elgin and Genoa, IL. Due to expansion we are seeking a Forklift Drivers/Material Handler for 1st shift in our Genoa, IL location.

**Responsibilities**:
The Forklift Driver will move product throughout the facility as directed by department supervisors. To drive a forklift, all operators must be licensed and pass a test given internally. Job requires moving heavy loads and long lengths of material.

**Essential Duties and Description**:

- Operate the forklift in a safe manner at all times.
- Maintain fluid levels in assigned forklift.
- Empty scrap hoppers throughout facility.
- Load and unload delivery trucks as needed.
- Perform any general material-handling task as instructed by supervisor.
- Properly fill out daily forklift checklist form.

Position includes an excellent compensation package including health, dental, vision insurance, vacation, sick days, paid holidays and 401K match.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
