Voice Picker

**The Opportunity**

As a **Voice Picker**, you receive simple voice prompts via a headset that directs employees to pick cases to a conveyor from specific locations in our pick module in the warehouse to fulfill customers’ orders.

Dietz and Watson was founded in 1939 by Gottlieb Dietz, a talented young German sausage maker. His primary goal was to produce the most flavorful, highest quality deli meats in the marketplace, to please even the most discriminating palate. His old-world recipes and commitment to “quality above all” demanded nothing less than the freshest lean beef, ham, pork turkey breast and chicken breast. He then added only the finest all-natural spices and seasonings gathered from around the world.

**Anticipated Schedule**

**You will work on site at our Philadelphia DC. We have openings for this role on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts.** Specific schedule expectations should be discussed with your manager.

- Ability to navigate technology including WMS system functionality
- Committed with a demonstrated work ethic
- Knowledge of safe work practices
- Demonstrated experience working in a busy warehouse or distribution center

- Frequently lifts to 60 pounds.

- Frequent use of stairs
- Must be able to work in a Safety Sensitive Position
- Ability to work in a cooler environment with a temperature range of 28 to 34 degrees (F)
