As a Lodging Technician at ABC Pet Resort & Spa, you will be responsible for the daily care of our guests, including feeding, cleaning, and ensuring the overall well-being of the pets in our facility. This role requires a compassionate, detail-oriented individual who loves animals and is committed to providing the highest level of care.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure the safety, comfort, and cleanliness of all pets and lodging areas.
- Feed, water, and administer medications to pets as directed.
- Maintain accurate records of pet care, feeding times, and any specific needs.
- Regularly clean kennels, cages, and common areas to meet health and safety standards.
- Monitor the health and behavior of pets and report any concerns to the supervisor.
- Provide exceptional customer service to pet owners, including updates on their pet's stay.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in pet care or a similar role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Physically able to handle large pets and stand for extended periods.
