**Responsibilities**:

- Follow all pertinent DocGo policy and procedures
- Functions as an on-line supervisor, monitoring operations to ensure the delivery of quality and effective service.
- Provide top-tier medical transport to medical facilities by assuming responsibilities for medical care of the patient and carrying out established policies and procedures.
- Recognize and treat any medical condition with appropriate techniques, equipment, and knowledge of all State and County protocols.
- Works as part of a supervisory team with management staff to ensure continuity, consistency, and strong lines of communication.
- Monitors operations to ensure that all personnel comply with company policies and procedures.
- Regularly oversees site stocking/cleaning to ensure they meet or exceed requirements regarding maintenance, equipment, supplies and cleanliness.
- Ensures that personnel keep the site location in a clean, sanitary, and functional condition.
- Ensures all scheduling requirements are met within a timely fashion.
- Duties may include scheduling and staffing, logistics management, clinical and administrative QA/QI, and performance management.
- Manages and supports the team with operations, logistics, staffing, and scheduling.
- Perform all other Critical Care Paramedic duties.
- Other tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- ** WI Paramedic License**
- **WI Critical Care Paramedic Endorsement**
- Valid Driver's License (minimum of 2 years) with an acceptable driving record
- BLS - Basic Life Support (American Red Cross or American Heart Association)
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (American Red Cross or American Heart Association)
- Experience leading a team
- Organization and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
