Janitor and Cleaner

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs
- Notify management of any repairs needed
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines

**Skills**:

- Experience in commercial/residential cleaning and custodial duties
- Knowledge of floor care including buffing and waxing
- Ability to maintain cleanliness in both residential and commercial settings
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices
- Proficiency in facilities maintenance tasks
- Basic understanding of porter responsibilities
- Experience with residential painting is a plus

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
